In this role, you'll collaborate with KOLs, commercial and marketing teams, and regional stakeholders to enhance adoption and educational impact. From course planning to data-driven program evaluation, you'll shape the future of surgical education in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of surgeon-led training programs in designated clinical areas
- Partner with marketing and regional teams to identify and onboard KOL educators
- Align training strategy with commercial objectives to promote product adoption
- Design and refine course content while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Forecast training demand and analyze performance using Salesforce and Tableau
- Coordinate hands-on lab events and represent the company at surgical society conferences
- Deliver training sessions to surgical teams and explore digital and alternative modalities
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in professional training or education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (medical, science, education, etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
- Ability to travel within Japan up to 50%
