Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans for existing products.
- Create and implement strategic product launch plans for new therapies.
- Forecast and track key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly and quarterly.
- Manage operating expenses effectively and optimize budget allocation.
- Drive digital transformation to establish a modern, data-driven operating model.
- Engage key stakeholders (physicians, patients, industry leaders, government) to shape the oncology market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 8+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in Japan pharma product management.
- Oncology or immuno-oncology marketing experience preferred.
- Proven new product launch expertise (pre-launch and post-launch).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent project management and financial acumen.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
- English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency.
