PMI Consultant (CPA Required)

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence and analysis for complex PMI projects
• Develop, plan, and execute seamless post-merger integration (PMI) strategies
• Build financial models and conduct valuations
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to internal and client stakeholders in both Japanese and English

Required skills

• CPA certification with a strong foundation in audit (minimum 3 years)
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
• Strong analytical skills and a strategic problem-solver
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
