Roles/Responsibilities
- System Requirements and Design: Gather, document, and manage customer requirements; align project teams; develop and review system architectures; document feature specifications; and break down requirements into actionable tasks.
- System Development Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in creating system designs; ensure project alignment; and enhance architectures by incorporating feedback and iterative improvements.
- Integration and Testing: Develop test plans for features; define and verify performance criteria; and assess operational impacts to ensure smooth software and hardware integration.
- Customer Collaboration: Deliver tailored system solutions to internal and external stakeholders; engage R&D teams in development; and influence design decisions to address project and customer objectives.
- Communication and Optimization: Oversee communication to secure system architecture; analyze, refine, and implement integrated solutions across software and hardware domains, with expertise in embedded systems and audio technologies.
Required skills
- Engineering Expertise and Problem-Solving: Strong background in systems engineering, analytical thinking, and the ability to design and optimize solutions across hardware, software, and algorithms.
- Software and Systems Knowledge: Understanding of software architectures, embedded systems, and automotive technologies, with the ability to navigate and optimize complex software-enabled environments.
- English and Japanese language ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally
