My Background

I started my career in Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in Tokyo. After a successful 10+ year banking career in Tokyo, New York and London, I joined Morgan McKinley in 2004. I have been consistently one of the top executive search consultants with a focus on senior level positions across the banking industry. I was educated in the US and hold a BA in Sociology from Hope College and an MBA from Grand Valley State University. I am Japanese and speak business level English.
