Roles/Responsibilities
- Design and development of RF antenna products.
- Conduct evaluation tests, analysis, and development of antenna performance.
- Create technical reports and documentation for antenna design.
- Collaborate with overseas group sites to implement optimal solutions.
- Ensure smooth communication between Hardware R&D team and customers on RF antenna design.
- Lead and discuss antenna design details, integrating them into housing and vehicles.
- Support EMC testing, countermeasures, and customer design reviews, including safety aspects.
Required skills
- Experience in the development of antenna products.
- Ability to communicate with Validation Engineers.
- Japanese (native level)English (business level).
Preferred skills
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in mobile phone (communication parts) development.
- Knowledge of communication standards.
