Roles/Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks.
- Align benefits offerings with the company's strategic goals and ensure market competitiveness.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and surveys to assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of benefits programs.
- Identify trends and recommend enhancements to meet employee needs and market standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality delivery of benefits services.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels.
Required skills
- Proven experience in benefits management or HR-related roles, preferably within large multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws, benefits regulations, and market practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
