Roles/Responsibilities
- Analyze and clarify business requirements, identifying necessary functions and process improvements for the BSS system.
- Communicate requirements to development and testing teams and review design and test scenarios.
- Coordinate with customer support teams and engineers to meet stakeholder needs.
- Oversee all development phases, from requirements definition to system operations and issue resolution.
- Drive process improvements with innovative ideas and experience.
Required skills
- Strong requirements definition and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills for smooth interaction with development teams and customers.
- Proficient in project management, including scheduling and coordination.
- Ability to review design and test scenarios.
Preferred skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in customer management systems.
- Experience in BA/PJM roles for large-scale development.
- Knowledge of logical design for NoSQL databases.
