Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturing clients by understanding their business needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to propose and present tailored ERP service solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by demonstrating the value of ERP services.
- Drive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, legal, and delivery management, to ensure successful proposal execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of successful services sales experience, ideally in ERP solutions for the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and drive complex solution sales to closure.

- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent ability to engage with executive stakeholders and present business solutions effectively.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Business level.
