Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize large-scale data processing pipelines using Databricks.

- Lead hands-on workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within Databricks environments.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand Databricks solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI & Data trends and Databricks advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing data architectures.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client advisory abilities.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business-level (JLPT N1 or equivalent, required for client interactions).
- English: Fluent (required for documentation and international collaboration).
