Looking for an experienced IT Consulting Manager, experienced using Dynamics365, in either client solution strategy formulation (IT戦略) or implementation (導入) / Delivery(デリバリー) projects.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics365 implementation projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
- Supervise the configuration and customization of Dynamics365 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and clients.
Required skills
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics365 projects, including end-to-end implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
Preferred skills
- Experience in delivering Dynamics365 solutions within large, global organizations.
- Bilingual Language Capability is preferred, but not required. Native Japanese / N1 is required.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics365 or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
