Roles/Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver web application projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers, to achieve project objectives.
- Implement and manage diverse project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Rapid Development, Pair Programming).
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain operational excellence.
- Provide leadership and direction to drive team productivity and successful project delivery.
Required skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in web application development.
- At least 3 years of project management experience, including leading technical teams.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and other project management frameworks.
Preferred skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or high-traffic web applications.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

- Strong communication skills in English (business level or higher).
