- Work with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear communication and delivering project updates.
Required skills
- 3-5 years of experience in UX or UI design with strong usability principles.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Marvel.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web standards.
- Skilled in strategic design and user experience decision-making.
- Professional communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
Preferred skills
- Experience creating web content for specialized audiences.
- Familiarity with design systems and their application.

- Japanese: Not required.
- English: Business-level proficiency (TOEIC 800+ preferred).
