Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3-6 subordinates
- Perform system, process, and application monitoring
- Support the team to deliver a successful launch in 2025
- Collaborate with various departments across the organization
- Provide excellent operational support for maintenance and troubleshooting
- Develop strategies for software integration, technology adoption, and team development
Required skills
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Excellent enterprise system knowledge, incl. implementation, optimization, and operational support
- Experience with ERP Solutions (Oracle, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.)
Preferred skills
- Japanese and English proficiency at business level
- In-House IT management experience (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams
