Roles/Responsibilities
- Support strategic projects by preparing financial forecasts, presentations, and agreements.
- Assist in coordinating development activities and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities and contribute to business expansion.
- Conduct data analysis and develop materials to support decision-making.
- Provide administrative support and manage reporting for development projects.
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Hospitality.
- Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
