Our client is seeking an expert in IT security to define compliance standards for emerging technologies like AI.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Define and implement standard processes and controls for IT security alongside IT Director and Cross-Functional Senior Stakeholders
- Work as subject matter expert of GRC, keeping up to date with standards/frameworks of emerging tech in offshore markets
- Perform audit and investigations into information security risk, exceptions, and incidents, and perform subsequent documentation, reporting, and remediation.
- Implements processes, to automate and continuously monitor information security controls, exceptions, risks, testing, such as developing reporting metrics, dashboards, and evidence artifacts.
- Ensure security controls are updated and stakeholders have sufficient knowledge on security controls and regulations
- Communicate with global HQ to ensure compliance of Japan IT GRC with global standards and strategy
Required skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT GRC
- Knowledge of generative AI and related IT security standards
- Business fluency in Japanese a MUST
