Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain efficient data pipeline frameworks.
- Identify, design, and execute improvements to internal processes, such as automating repetitive tasks, enhancing data throughput, and restructuring infrastructure for improved scalability.
- Construct infrastructure for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources into platforms like SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Develop tools for the data quality team to help streamline and refine data pipelines and workflows.
- Create processes that support data transformation, data organization, metadata management, and dependency/workload coordination.
Required skills
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Data or Software Engineering, with a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Proficient in SQL Server, relational databases, and SQL query development; familiar with NoSQL, Big Data, and custom data formats.
- Skilled in Visual Studio, ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, NoSQL, Java, and IIS, with expertise in multi-threading in C# and data integrity in SQL Server.
- Experienced in conducting root cause analysis on various data sources and processes to solve business questions and drive improvements.
- Strong analytical abilities for working with unstructured datasets and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
