Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead new product launches across Japan in partnership with global R&D teams
- Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies
- Build relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Oversee budget management and sales forecasting
- Drive strategic planning and review processes
- Execute marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows
- Develop comprehensive sales training and clinical resources
Required skills
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in the healthcare industry
- 3+ years experience in project management
- Business Level English

- B2B and OEM manufacturing experience
- Digital marketing expertise
- Willingness to travel (30%)
