Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute total rewards strategies, including salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits programs aligned with business goals.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Oversee the annual salary review and bonus cycle, providing analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and regional/global teams to implement rewards initiatives effectively.
- Analyze rewards data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports to leadership, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Required skills
- Proven track record in compensation and benefits or rewards planning roles, preferably within large multinational companies.
- Strong understanding of Japanese labor laws and market practices.
- Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and data analytics tools.
