Roles/Responsibilities

• Monitor settlement control for bonds while cross working with sales and trading desks.
• Oversee daily client service, payment and monitor settlement process.
• Prepare regulatory reports for regulators and legal ledgers.
• Handle customer/broker services, including settlement confirmations and inquiry support.
• Capability to proactively speak to Japanese clients is required.

Required skills

• Native Japanese, business English.
• Previous experience between 3~7 years in Operations within trading & client support areas.

Preferred skills

• Native Japanese and comfortable to speak with Japanese stakeholders and clients.
• Securities products knowledge include but not limited to Foreign / Japanese Bonds, Fixed Income, FX and various Derivatives.
