A travel tech/fintech global company is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help expand the company's presence in Japan's tourism sector by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives through a combination of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Proven expertise in designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, with a focus on user acquisition and revenue growth in dynamic sectors.
- Strong proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms for content optimization, campaign management, and performance tracking.
- Solid understanding of customer engagement strategies across both online and offline channels, with a focus on brand building and market presence.
- Advanced communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Fluent Japanese and Business English, with insight into local cultural and market dynamics.
Required skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Digital Communications.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience in content marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign optimization to drive organic traffic and engagement.
- Knowledge of field marketing practices, particularly in cultivating partnerships within tourism or retail industries, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results under tight deadlines.
