IAM Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and partners to assess Identity Security and IAM requirements, with a focus on solutions within the CyberArk ecosystem.

• Clearly articulate the value proposition of IAM solutions through whiteboarding sessions, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.

• Gather, analyse, and translate business and technical requirements into effective IAM architectures.

• Design, review, and implement IAM solutions, including conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches.

• Develop and maintain proficiency in vendor-agnostic IAM frameworks and product-specific technologies through formal training and certifications.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical capability building.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM consulting, implementation, or a similar cybersecurity domain.

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following IAM platforms:

  • Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud

  • OpenText NetIQ

  • CyberArk (PAM, Workforce Identity, Endpoint Privilege Manager, Secrets Manager, Certificate Manager)

• Basic scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, or Java.

• Strong understanding of IAM-related technologies such as:

  • SAML

  • OIDC

  • SCIM

  • Active Directory
