Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the HNW Program for my client's distribution teams.

Identify leadership and sales capability gaps and partner with internal teams to design targeted learning solutions.

Build partnerships with reputable academic and industry institutions to support HNW business goals.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building.

Align with senior stakeholders to secure support and guide long-term learning strategies.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 12+ years' experience in L&D, sales training, or coaching

Experience in change management and leading major learning initiatives.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
