Michael Moretti Joins Morgan McKinley to drive technology growth amid rising market demand

Global professional services firm announces a lead appointment in the technology division.

Morgan McKinley, a part of Org Group, has named Michael Moretti as Director of Technology, London for Morgan McKinley, marking a significant step in the firm’s continued growth in the technology recruitment space.

Michael brings over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, having previously held key roles at Marks Sattin, Modis, Parity, and ChapmanBlack. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to establish and expand recruitment brands, particularly within the technology and business transformation sectors. His notable achievements include creating and growing Mark Sattin’s technology brand and playing a key part in opening Modis Enterprise Solutions’ Brussels office, leading the expansion into Frankfurt, and securing a major contract to supply contractors across the Defence sector.

As Director of Technology, Michael is committed to expanding Morgan McKinley’s UK Technology division. His focus will be on ensuring the firm operates in the right markets and verticals to maximise potential while fostering a high-performance culture underpinned by collaboration and teamwork. Michael will work closely with his team to develop a business development strategy, ensuring a clear and impactful go-to-market approach that will drive collaboration and cross-selling opportunities across all of Morgan McKinley’s disciplines and territories, leveraging the firm’s strong client relationships and global reputation to enhance its position in the technology recruitment space.
