About Aoife O Mahony

Starting her Executive Search career in London in 2000, Aoife has extensive Executive Search and Succession Planning experience in the UK, Irish, European & US markets for Senior Executive, Group and Board level appointments.

Aoife has worked with organisations across Pharmaceutical, Medtech, Technology, Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, Engineering, Construction, Retail, FMCG and Professional Services sectors, shaping senior leadership teams through the appointment of high impact, critical Leadership talent. Since returning to Dublin in 2007, Aoife has worked at some of Ireland’s leading Executive Search firms.

A fully qualified Organisational Psychologist, Aoife holds a M.Sc. in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of East London and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Psychology from Middlesex University. She also holds the Certificate in Ability Testing and the Certificate in Personality Testing from the British Psychological Society (formerly known as Level A & B).
