We're seeking a talented finance professional to take the lead in budget setting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a dynamic, growing business. You'll partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes across the business, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Provide timely month-end and year-end journal adjustments, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
• Drive key variance analysis, offering corrective actions to keep financials on track.
• Support senior management in decision-making by providing clear, insightful reports and analyses.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and enhance financial data integrity.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in Management Accounting within an SME
• Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Strong Excel skills (Pivots, Lookups).
• Ability to present complex financial data in an understandable way.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
