The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to play a critical role within the Global Supply Chain Finance team. You will be responsible for driving key financial processes, providing actionable insights to optimise supply chain performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's financial objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders, both regionally and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the global supply chain, focusing on cost optimisation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams to provide insight on cost drivers, working capital, inventory management, and logistics.
- Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, including P&L and balance sheet analysis, with a focus on supply chain activities.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess the financial impact of key business decisions and strategies.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with global supply chain teams to drive alignment.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, working closely with systems and process improvement teams to streamline operations and enhance data visibility.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, ideally within a global FMCG or similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in supply chain finance, with an understanding of end-to-end processes, cost drivers, and working capital management.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrated success working with senior stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- A strategic thinker, able to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement in a complex global setting.
