HR Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in Professional Services to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with the HR Director to manage a talented team of 10 professionals.

Your role will involve but won't be limited to the below:

• Support Head of HR to develop and implement an effective HR strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and plans that align with the Firm's business goals.
• You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on people related matters to enhance Firm performance.
• You will drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• You will manage a team of HR Advisors, supporting and cultivating their ongoing learning and development.
• Develop firm-wide understanding of and ensure consistent implementation of HR Policies and Procedures.
• Deliver client work as required.
• Assist with the training of staff - from design to delivery where necessary.
