A high growth top 10 Accountancy firm based in Central London are recruiting a Financial Services Outsourcing Partner due to their continued and sustained growth. The firm have had an established Outsourcing team for many years and specialise in working with dynamic SMEs across a range of sectors, covering both UK and multinational organisations.

This role is integral to the continued growth of the Outsourcing department and the firm as a whole. You will be responsible for managing a large and diverse client base, mentoring, and managing a team of qualified and part qualified accountants and leading the short- and long-term strategy of the team.

• Identify business development opportunities through events and business partnering with other departments.
• Managing client relationships, dealing with issues and challenges that arise and impacting the overall growth of said clients.
• Managing and mentoring employees and reviewing work as and when needed.
• Along with the other Partners and the CEO, playing an integral role in developing the long-term strategy of the team.
