Working for a superb client, offering an excellent working environment, duties will include
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and general office duties.
- Book and prepare meeting rooms.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
- Prior experience in a receptionist role is preferred.
The hours are 10am - 4pm and the role is fully office based.
