I specialise in recruiting for positions such as Marketing Assistants, Marketing Executives/Specialists, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Coordinators and Multilingual roles across all industries.

My Advice

If you are looking for a new opportunity you know that it can be a long process to find the best position. My advice to any candidate who is on the search for a new role is to make sure to go into each and every interview with a fresh outlook. Each interview is a new opportunity and experience. Make sure to go into an interview with a strong knowledge of your own CV, the company and position that you are interviewing for. Don’t be afraid to sell yourself and ask questions to the interviewer – Always good to make a positive and lasting impression!

My Background

I started my recruitment career back in 2022. I worked with a European agency recruiting for start up fintech companies, specialising in developing up C- Suite Marketing teams. This position allowed me to work with a wide range of innovative clients across Europe. In September 2023 I moved into a Dublin based agency focusing on recruiting within the legal space. I worked closely with small to medium sized firms based across Ireland in recruiting legal professionals such as Solicitors, Legal Secretaries and Legal Executives.

In July 2024 I joined the team here at Morgan McKinley. I have come in as a Recruitment Consultant on the Marketing and Multilingual desk recruiting for a wide range of roles and areas. I was given the opportunity to join this desk, to build out my skill set working on permanent Marketing and Multilingual roles.

I graduated from Maynooth University in 2021 with a Bachelors in International Business. I completed my international experience on my Erasmus year in EDEM business school, Valencia, Spain. I can bring my knowledge of marketing from both Maynooth University and EDEM to my current role on the marketing desk. My most recent role before stating here at Morgan McKinley was as a Business Development Specialist in a small start up distribution company.
