My Advice

Self awareness coupled with confidence in one's ability is a huge asset when finding the right position. Being able to adapt to new roles and opportunities that become available allow candidates to make themselves high value applicants which is a dream for any recruiter. Self learning is key for career progression whilst prioritising one's strengths and where someone can add value to a role promotes rapid internal growth and allows for a smooth hiring process.

My Background

Began my career with Morgan McKinley Health desk before a two year trip to Melbourne where I recruited in the construction sector across Australia. I recently rejoined Morgan Mckinley on the life science desk. I hold a MSC in HRM from University College Cork.
