I lead a team of dedicated recruitment consultants who specialise in sourcing top talent on an interim and contract basis across Ireland. We focus on a number of key industries including; Food, FMCG, Pharma, Medical Device, Heavy Industry, Bio Medical, Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing and Precision. The key roles we recruit for are; Quality & Validation, R&D and Design, Manufacturing, Project, Process, Automation, Maintenance & Facilities.

My Advice

Understand your unique strengths and use them! Whether you are a graduate on the hunt for your first job, a career changer or simply looking for your next challenge; invest time exploring and understanding your unique strengths and how to fully utilise them. Knowing your strengths will help to increase your self-awareness, boost your confidence and ability to influence. Once you know and use your strengths every day; you will feel capable, driven and self-assured. When you focus on developing your strengths rather than trying to improve your weaknesses, you will experience faster growth.

My Background

I started my recruitment career with Morgan McKinley in 2014 in our Cork office. Since then my career has crossed national and international talent markets with extensive overseas recruitment experience gained in Australia, New Zealand and wider APAC Regions. Returning home to Ireland in 2021 I re-joined Morgan McKinley, to work with a team of specialist talent professionals providing recruitment solutions across Ireland & European Markets. I hold a Bachelors Degree of Commerce from University College Cork.
