My Advice

A deep understanding of the role and the company you are applying for is paramount when it comes to applying for a role. When you are confident in these areas you will be more prone to ask the right questions and this will stand to you when dealing with possible employers. It is also vitally important to have a well structured attractive CV that show's all your experience in detail , this shows you are an organised individual and will make for better reading for a prospective employer.

My Background

Over the years I have accumulated a blend of construction experience both out on the field and in the office. The majority of this experience was spent when I was living in Australia for 5 years. I spent the first 3 years working construction with my final year spent in the mines in Perth. After this I moved to Sydney where I became a recruitment consultant specialising in the Construction Sector for 2 years. The Australian Construction sector is booming and this fast paced recruitment environment was a fantastic education.
