Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and corporate governance across international markets.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and oversee audit processes.
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior leadership and global headquarters.
- Partner with global teams and serve as the finance lead on key business initiatives, including market expansions and digital growth.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the month-end close process and financial statement preparation.
- Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, to support sustainable growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement internal control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings, working closely with tax advisors
- Analyse financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified finance professional (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with extensive experience in international financial leadership.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and business transformation.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of process improvement and team development.
- Experience managing financial operations in in international markets is desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
