Accounts Assistant - 4 day week

• Overseeing financial data and reporting and ensuring compliance with legal
  requirements
• Nominal ledger analysis and transaction recording in the practice accounting
  system
• Invoicing, processing of client receipts and payments and processing and
  issuing of payments
• Assisting with management of accounts receivable and payable
• Assist with invoicing and order processing, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
• Provide general administrative support, including filing and organizing financial documents
• Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules and organizing meetings
• Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place
• Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory
• Handle general administrative duties like phone and email correspondence
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
