- Overseeing financial data and reporting and ensuring compliance with legal
requirements
- Nominal ledger analysis and transaction recording in the practice accounting
system
- Invoicing, processing of client receipts and payments and processing and
issuing of payments
- Assisting with management of accounts receivable and payable
- Submit CSO returns
- Prepare and file VAT returns to Revenue
- Cash Management with associated banks
- Assisting external auditors for year-end
- Assist with invoicing and order processing, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
- Provide general administrative support, including filing and organizing financial documents
- Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules and organizing meetings
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place
- Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory
- Handle general administrative duties like phone and email correspondence
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
