Group Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering exclusibely with the CFO of an expanding Irish Group to appoint a Group Finance Manager with a strong technical background and commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate will be Big 4 trained to Audit Manager or Senior Manager level, with post-qualification experience in industry. This role will be pivotal in overseeing group financial reporting, supporting external audits, and contributing to strategic finance projects, including the integration of newly acquired entities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the consolidation and delivery of monthly and annual group financial reports

Coordinate and support the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors

Partner with senior stakeholders on finance transformation projects and acquisitions

Maintain a strong internal control environment and ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards

Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisions
Requirements:

Big 4 trained Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 5+ years PQE

Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/FRS 102)

Proven experience in group reporting and audit processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment
