    We are proud to be partnering with a well-established service provider with 14 branches, to support them in their search for an Accounts Assistant/Part Qualified Accountant to join their expanding head office team in North County Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a someone who is currently pursuing a formal accounting qualification and is looking to progress within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will report into the finance manager and work alongside a team of 4. Your day - to - day will be looking after account management, monthly billing, bank reconciliation, balance sheet reporting, and posting bank statements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing account management for multiple locations
    • Preparing and issuing monthly billing
    • Performing debtor reconciliations and aged debtor reviews
    • Managing credit control and client communications
    • Posting daily bank transactions and reconciling monthly bank statements
    • Producing monthly balance sheet reports
    • Handling funding processes and preparing Direct Debit files
    • Supporting broader finance team with ad hoc duties as needed

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role
    • Part-qualified (ACCA, ATI, or equivalent) or relevant experience
    • Strong hands-on experience with debits and credits.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Confident working independently to meet monthly deadlines
    • Excellent numerical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
    • Prior experience in a multi-entity or high-volume environment is an advantage
