We're currently recruiting for an Administration Support Specialist to assist our Contracts and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administration support to the Contracts and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Speak with clients to take requests, answer inquiries, and provide quotes via email.
- Collect purchase orders (POs) and document any changes for invoicing purposes.
- Assist with the preparation and management of client project proposals.
- Update and upload required documents for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Ensure Health & Safety (H&S) documents are accurately stored, up to date, and easily accessible.
- Build necessary documents and files for new projects.
- Liaise with clients to provide project updates and follow up with engineering and contracts teams for any necessary updates.
- Manage phone and email communications, handling inquiries and requests efficiently.

- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Proficient in document management and familiar with project documentation.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Someone who takes pride in maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the engineering or contracts industry, is a plus.
