Morgan McKinley is working closely with a large global organisation who are looking for an experienced Financial Systems and Reporting Analyst to join their Global Finance Transformation team.

Responsibilities
· Serve as the key point of contact between finance, compliance, and technology teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
· Develop documentation outlining business requirements, project scope, and technical specifications for automation initiatives.
· Validate and analyse financial reports, leveraging technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
· Work with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of system changes and communicate findings effectively.
· Drive process improvements to enhance financial data integrity and compliance with relevant standards.
· Identify potential challenges, manage risks, and align business objectives with technical capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Significant experience in financial processes, ideally within a multinational or consulting environment.
· Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
