Immediate requirement for a HR specialist to join a dynamic organisation, based in Cork.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the primary purpose of the role will be to support the assigned business unit with day-to-day HR Operations.
Key accountabilities include:
- Support managers on all people related matters including performance management, succession planning, employee relations and organization effectiveness.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and implemented on a daily basis.
- Support the recruitment process, identifying and pipelining suitable talent for the organisation.
- Deliver training in line with company traning strategy.
- Support the induction of new employees on all HR/Payroll queries
- Provide metrics and HR reports to key stakeholders as required.
- Other HR projects as required.
Experience required:
- Third level degree qualified - HR or relevant degree with CIPD qualifications.
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge in Irish Employment Law.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
