Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, especially in Projects, transformation and change, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across all levels, including executive roles.
Strengths:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Expertise in senior talent search and high-volume recruitment.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and senior executives. Proven success in influencing stakeholders and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Data-Driven Approach: Experience with data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness, track key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire), and identify areas for improvement.
- Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Proactive and innovative in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, employer branding, social media recruiting, and leveraging diverse talent pools.
- Relationship Builder: A natural networker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, industry contacts, and external partners.
- Proactive and Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Have a customer first mindset and be a subject matter expert on our client’s processes
- Responsible for KPIs, SLAs on delivery including interpreting data reports and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs and providing exceptional service in line with SLAs
- Ensure to add value to the recruitment process - defining expectations and deliverables and exceeding them
- Be a trusted partner and a seamless extension of the client’s organisation by having a deep understanding of their business, EVP and their culture
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
