Join Our National Sales Recruitment Team
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving National Sales Recruitment team in Limerick. You will specialize in recruiting top sales professionals across a range of industries, working within an established client network with immediate opportunities to make an impact.
Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
- Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Sourcing high-caliber sales candidates through advertising, search, and networking.
- Conducting candidate interviews, selection, and assessment.
- Driving business development with new and existing clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Developing deep expertise in the sales sector, staying up to date with market trends.
- Preparing candidates and clients for interviews to ensure the best match.
- Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Maintaining and updating our recruitment database.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong business development experience
- Proven track record in a 360° agency recruitment role or sales role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
