About the Role:
As a Junior BA, you'll play a pivotal role in building relationships across the business and with third parties. You'll work on a variety of systems such as CRMs and management systems, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different tools. This role is based on a hybrid working model, requiring three days onsite each week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing hyper-care support during implementation phases.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Working across various systems to analyze, enhance, and optimize business processes.
- Taking ownership of smaller projects while supporting senior team members on larger initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or a related field after graduating.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to develop and progress within the business.
- Experience with systems like CRMs or management platforms is a bonus but not essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
