The client is searching for a leader in their Marketing function to carry out the Marketing, Creative Communications and Brand strategy for the organisation. This indiividual will also be tasked to lead a team of marketers with the objective of increasing brand visability, product offerings and in turn sales for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative partners to design and implement communication strategies aligned with brand priorities and commercial goals.
- Define the ideal mix of media channels and content to support marketing and business objectives.
- Drive demand through effective investment in marketing communications, increasing sales leads, online traffic, and conversions.
- Maximise sponsorship portfolio impact by achieving KPIs, enhancing brand visibility, and translating efforts into measurable demand.
- Partner with the analytics team to establish and track success metrics, including brand performance indicators and ROI for communication activities.
- Manage relationships with creative, media, and search agencies, ensuring seamless delivery of insights and commercial objectives.
- Focus on driving business growth and competitive positioning in the marketplace.
- Work with digital marketing teams to execute long-term campaigns, short-term advertising, and foster an engaged online community.
The Successful Candidate:
- 6+ years experience; or 3+ years leading a team in Marketing, Communications, Brand or equivalent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with broader Marketing function.
- Prior experience in Financial or Professional Services is a big plus but not essential.
- Proven experience in delivering insight-driven creative campaigns and executing media activities that drive demand generation while positively impacting brand and commercial KPIs.
- Expertise and fluency in all marketing communication disciplines, including creative development, media planning, digital marketing, events, sponsorships, social media, and design across both B2B and B2C environments.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to communications planning and execution.
