IT Program Manager - Finance Transformation

Location: Cork (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives across enterprise systems and data platforms.

This role suits someone with a strong technical foundation early in their career, who has since progressed into programme leadership, and is passionate about modernising finance systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation programmes

• Manage multi-stream IT delivery across finance systems, data, and integrations

• Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver measurable business value

• Oversee governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor delivery

• Ensure smooth transition from delivery into BAU operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in finance transformation or finance systems programmes

• Background in IT programme/project management

• Early-career hands-on technical experience

• Degree in IT, BIS, Computer Science, or similar

• Strong stakeholder management and delivery focus

• Cork-based (or willing to be)
