Mission
The Decision Management Platform team is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) with a strong technical background and passionate for the software development lifecycle and releasing well tested and code through well managed pipelines.
The candidate will be working closely with the development, operations, and management teams to ensure our release cycles are well managed, automated and fit for purpose in an environment where release standards are constantly being improved and collaboration with the release teams is essential. The candidate will be focusing on improving the observability, resilience, performance, monitoring, self-healing, and deployment automation.
Role
As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will act as a Systems Designer at heart, bridging the gap between engineering and product strategy. You'll be responsible for shaping the technical direction of our Decision Management Platform by deeply understanding system architecture, DevOps practices, and automation pipelines.
You will:
- Drive the design and evolution of platform capabilities with a strong focus on scalability, observability, resilience, and automation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to define and prioritize technical requirements that align with business goals.
- Translate complex system behaviors into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
- Lead technical discovery and scoping sessions, identifying dependencies and risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Champion continuous delivery and infrastructure-as-code practices, ensuring our CI/CD pipelines are robust, efficient, and secure.
- Serve as a technical thought partner to engineering teams, advocating for best practices in monitoring, self-healing systems, and performance optimization.
- Own and evolve the product vision by working backwards from customer needs and aligning with long-term platform strategy.

You bring:
- A strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation, with a mindset of - automate everything.
- Experience working with backend systems (preferably Java), RESTful APIs, and data formats like JSON, XML and gRPC.
- Expertise in Observability and Monitoring, including hands-on experience on tools and frameworks like Open Telemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.
- Expertise with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and related DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of agile software development practices and SAFe Product Management framework.
- Experience with Infrastructure capacity planning, performance and business metrics, elastic scaling with hands-on experience on Containerization (Kubernetes & Docker, etc.)
- A track record of translating complex technical requirements into clear product deliverables.
- Familiarity with high-performance, high-availability systems and distributed architectures.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a low tolerance for inefficiency or manual processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Experience with security and compliance in large-scale systems is a strong plus."
