Property Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity is a booming industry which will give you an insight into how a day to day works in the real estate business!

This role is a 3 month contract initially with opportunity of extending further than that.

The duties of this role includes:

• Prepare and distribute lease renewals, notices, and other correspondence.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance services for the properties.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for properties.
• Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
