Quality Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Manager to take the lead in managing Quality and Environmental Management Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015. This role will involve coordinating audits, product testing, and ensuring the implementation of effective quality and environmental standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee that Quality and Environmental procedures are consistently followed company-wide.
- Maintain certification status and provide updates as needed to sustain compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise an incoming goods inspection system to verify that all materials meet established quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions to address any non-conformances in products or processes.
- Maintain the Document Control System and technical product documentation.
- Conduct production line audits and reviews to ensure products meet performance and quality specifications.
- Address customer complaints by investigating and recommending appropriate solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- In-depth experience with Quality and Environmental Management Systems
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with managing both internal and external audits.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective actions.
- Experience in working across teams to foster continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
- A third-level qualification in a scientific or technical field, combined with at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the development and implementation of Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proficient in IT, with a solid understanding of relevant software and systems.
- Eligible to live and work in the EU, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- A confident, motivated individual with a positive, proactive attitude.
