Project Manager - Residential Developments

Location: Cork (projects across Cork & Kerry)

We're working with a well-established engineering consultancy in Cork that is looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee a number of residential developments for one of their key developer clients.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing several residential projects from early design and planning through construction and completion. Acting as the main point of contact for the client, you'll coordinate internal engineering teams, external consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from design through to handover
• Be the main contact for the developer client and project stakeholders
• Coordinate design teams and oversee project programmes and budgets
• Monitor compliance with planning, building regulations, and H&S requirements
• Attend design team and site meetings across Cork and Kerry
• Provide clear project updates and reports to the client

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing residential developments in Ireland
• Background in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Irish planning and construction processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Full driving licence
